Updated for 2014, this course gives a thorough overview of the universal credit framework. You will gain an understanding of how it is calculated and how housing costs are taken into account. A basic knowledge of the benefit and tax credit system will be presumed.

- Sanctions and hardship payments
Each course costs £25 per person. All courses will take place at One Parent Families Scotland, 13 Gayfield Square, Edinburgh EH1 3NX, and last three hours.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to email@example.com. No refund can be given if the cancellation is made within 14 days (10 working days) of the course taking place. A 25% charge will made if the cancellation takes place prior to this. A substitute may be made but notification of this should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
